• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use automated tools to overload or scrape the Services.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the Services.

AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on outputs for legal, medical, or financial decisions. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

The Services, branding, and software are owned by Night Wolves and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Wolves will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
